Coordinated by faculty members Dr. Manojkumar Langote and Ms. Rupali Sonar , the primary objective of the excursion was to expose the students to the operational environment of a leading media and IT-based organization. Specifically, students sought crucial knowledge on the software tools used in high-demand areas such as website creation, audio/video editing, digital marketing, and content creation for social media . A key highlight was the company’s discussion on the integration of AI technology in creative industries, reflecting the modern curriculum’s emphasis on cutting-edge trends.
Throughout the visit, students had the opportunity to interact directly with industry professionals, including the company’s CEO, Mr. Ajinkya Kulkarni , who was specially acknowledged for his support, alongside team members such as Tushar Sir, Tejas Sir, and others. The institution’s Director, Dr. Preeti Kulkarni , was also thanked for her guidance and support in facilitating the visit.
The learning outcomes were extensive and deeply practical. Students reported a clearer understanding of the real-world applications of their IT and media concepts and gained crucial awareness of the tools and technologies currently in use.
